IAPPEAL.COM provides a research tool to assist individuals seeking to file an appeal of their real estate property taxes for a given property. IAPPEAL.COM may provide sales or assessment data based on the User’s property address for a specified property tax appeal period. These Services are provided to you as reference tool and it is your sole responsibility to review and understand the information you plan on submitting for your property tax appeal. IAPPEAL.COM expressly disclaims any liability as to the results of your appeal, and does not guarantee in any way the success of your appeal by using the information provided.
You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Site or portions of it using your user name, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Fees & Payment:
Our Service provides up to date property tax information to assist you in filing your property tax appeal. Depending on the plan you choose, you agree to pay the appropriate Service Fee corresponding to that plan. Please review the payment details on each plan carefully prior to choosing a particular Service. All fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
If you violate these Terms, this license granted to you shall automatically terminate and your right to use this Site will cease immediately. IAPPEAL.COM may also terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any copies of the materials you have made or that are in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format. No right, title, or interest in or to the Site or any content provided through the Site is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
Term and Termination:
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have an account. You agree that we may suspend, terminate or discontinue the Site at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at our election and for any reason, without prior notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any User accounts or passwords in the event that User violates any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or engages in any conduct which we, at our sole discretion, consider it to be unacceptable. In the event of any termination, you will immediately cease access to the Site and Services. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
You agree to use the Site in a lawful and appropriate manner. Any use of the site that we feel, at our own discretion, is inappropriate, unlawful and/or offensive may result in suspension or termination. You agree not use the Service to:
- exploit any of the information provided for commercial purposes;

- interfere with or disrupt the Site, Service or servers or networks connected to the Site or Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any other User accounts;
- attempt to reverse engineer any of the IAPPEAL.COM software;
- violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law;
- impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by the Company without our specific prior written consent;
- Access the Service in a jurisdiction in which it is illegal or unauthorized;
- harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users;
- promote criminal activity; or
- obtain or attempt to access any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.

Electronic Communications: For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us in an electronic form, and agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Company provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were in writing.
You may not rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights hereunder to any third party.
At any time, we may, in our sole discretion and without providing notice or obtaining your consent, assign this entire Agreement or delegate some or all of its responsibilities hereunder.
